Returns
& Refunds Policy
We basically provide a repair
service for used automotive parts.
Due to this, a return is not possible after
the customer has confirmed the
order and machining has begun.
In exceptional cases we provide
re-manufactured or new parts. In
these
cases we will refund the parts
providing they are returned
within 14 days of delivery and are
in a saleable condition. No refunds
will be made for parts that have
been fitted.
If the goods were damaged before
they are delivered, we will refund the
parts in full incl. carriage costs.
Damage caused through incorrect
installation or use is not covered.
Faulty parts
For repairs and parts we supply a
guarantee against manufacturing
defaults
for 1 year. Included is labour,
all fitted items and spare parts.
Components, that have not been
worked or cannot be worked or
machined
(pressure reservoir diaphragm i.e.)
are explicitly not included.
In the unlikely event of a genuine
manufacturing fault, a full refund
for parts and carriage costs will be
issued.
No guarantee is supplied if the
fault is caused by incorrect
installation or incorrect usage.
Surcharge refund
As products are re-manufactured, a
surcharge might be added at the time of
sale. Surcharge refunds will be
issued upon the receipt of the the
old
unit, which must correspond to the
unit supplied. Old parts must be
complete, undissected and suitable
for re-manufacturing.
To
return parts
Please return back the parts securely
wrapped, along with the invoice
and a letter stating the reason for
the return.
