Niveaudruckspeicher, Bulleneier, Druckbombe oder Bombe genannt) verschlissen oder defekt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">Die Niveaufederspeicher sind mit Stickstoff gef\u00fcllte Membranfederspeicher, deren Gasf\u00fcllung es den <a href=\"https:\/\/texerv.com\/wordpressdev\/niveauregelung\/\">Federzylindern<\/a>  \u00fcberhaupt erst erm\u00f6glicht, einfedern zu k\u00f6nnen. Im Laufe der Zeit diffundiert das Gas durch die Membran ins Hydraulik\u00f6l. Die Speicher werden mehr und mehr mit \u00d6l gef\u00fcllt, bis irgendwann nur noch \u00d6l und kein Gas mehr im Federspeicher enthalten ist. Da \u00d6l inkompressibel ist, kann das Fahrwerk dann nicht mehr einfedern. Das Fahrwerk wird hart und auch das Niveau des Fahrzeughecks kann sich sichtbar erh\u00f6hen. Die D\u00e4mpfer werden dann fr\u00fcher oder sp\u00e4ter undicht und auch das <a href=\"https:\/\/texerv.com\/wordpressdev\/niveauregelventile\/\">Niveauregelventil<\/a> kann dabei Schaden nehmen. Im Grunde sind es also auch hier die Federspeicher, die die eigentlichen Verschlei\u00dfteile des Systems sind. Undichte Federzylinder sind dann ein Folgeschaden. Reparierte oder auch neue Federzylinder k\u00f6nnen sehr schnell wieder undicht werden, wenn sie mit defekten oder verschlissenen Federspeichern betrieben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\" style=\"margin-right:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70);margin-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--70)\">Das bedeutet, dass im Falle von Reparaturen oder dem Austausch von Niveaufederzylindern auch die Federspeicher erneuert oder regeneriert werden sollten. Mindestens muss eine Pr\u00fcfung auf vorhandenen Gasdruck durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Andernfalls wird man nicht lange Freude an seinem neuen oder reparierten Niveaufahrwerk haben. Um Niveaufederspeicher regenerieren zu k\u00f6nnen, muss zwingend ein gewisser Restdruck vorhanden sein \u2013 je h\u00f6her, desto besser. Speicher ohne Restdruck regenerieren wir nicht mehr. Bei Speichern mit einem \u00d6lleitungsanschluss senkrecht in den Druckspeicher hinein kann im ausgebauten Zustand recht einfach gepr\u00fcft werden, ob noch Restdruck vorhanden ist. Mit einem stumpfen Gegenstand in die untere \u00d6ffnung fahren. St\u00f6\u00dft man schnell auf einen deutlichen Widerstand, ist das die Membran. Das deutet darauf hin, dass noch Gasdruck vorhanden ist \u2013 wie viel, kann man so allerdings nicht feststellen.
